Manual
Counting
- Tally votes with the + and − buttons next to each candidate
- Each ballot's total is computed automatically
- (Sıfırla) resets all counts for a ballot
- Counts are stored on your device and survive closing the app
Editing ballots and candidates
- Enter edit mode with the pencil button at the bottom right
- Add, remove, rename, or drag-reorder candidates
- Add more ballots (e.g. separate ballots for presidential and parliamentary votes)
- Exit with ✓ when done
YSK circulars
- Open circular 135 (2023 general elections) or 138 (2024 local elections) from the Genelgeler button
- Jump to a section from the contents button, or search the text with the magnifier
- The texts are bundled in the app; no internet connection needed
Sharing
- The share button exports the tally as text (messages, email, notes, and so on)

- Does it need internet?
No, the app works fully offline. - Does it collect any data?
No data is collected or shared. - Are the circulars current?
Circular 135 is the official 2023 text and 138 the official 2024 text. When YSK publishes new circulars for the next election, the app will be updated.
